Questa tecnica ha come vantaggio pi\u00f9 significativo, soprattutto in campo industriale, quello di prevedere eventuali difetti e rotture, e di conseguenza evitare da una parte la produzione di pezzi difettosi, e dall\u2019altra bruschi stop della produzione. Mediante il controllo termografico \u00e8 possibile monitorare la presenza di anomalie termiche sui rivestimenti refrattari e rilevare per tempo l\u2019insorgere di possibili danni negli impianti e nei macchinari. La tecnica dell\u2019infrarosso permette di eseguire il rilievo in tutta sicurezza senza alcun contatto fisico con la parte analizzata. La rapidit\u00e0 di esecuzione permette il controllo di vaste aree anche poco accessibili senza la necessit\u00e0 di eseguire un fermo macchina come avviene per i controlli tradizionali.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Thermographic test\u00a0 is a remote sensing technique, carried out through the acquisition of images in the infrared field that allows to measure the infrared energy emitted by bodies at temperatures other than absolute zero by means of suitable sensors, and to correlate it to the surface temperature of the body itself. This technique has the most significant advantage, especially in the industrial field, that of predicting any defects and breakages, and consequently avoiding the production of defective parts on the one hand, and on the other abrupt halts of production. Using the thermographic control, it is possible to monitor the presence of thermal anomalies on the refractory linings and to detect in time the occurrence of possible damage in the plants and machinery. The infrared technique allows the survey to be performed in complete safety without any physical contact with the analyzed part.
